About Us
Westgate Mobile Home Village is located in Fayetteville, NC. We believe in the village lifestyle and have since 1985 when Westgate was established by our parents, Chris and Melba Poulos. We are proud to be family owned from generation to generation, offering you affordability, comfort and safety. There is an on-site office and you can often find a family member in and around the park to address any issues!
What We Offer
Westgate Village is a homeowners only park (no investor rental units allowed). This allows everyone to
feel a sense of community. You know your neighbors are people who care for their property just as much as
you care for yours! There are many long term residents in this community (some since 1985) with family
members often returning to raise their kids here! Also, we are family owned and operated so if there is any issue
you simply come by the office. No calling a 1-800 number and trying to reach someone at a corporation.
We offer both lots to rent, brand new Oakwood homes and homes on a rent-to-own basis. Lot
prices range from $300 to $330 depending on lot size and size of home. Trash services and
mowing of grass is included with your lot rent. Water and sewer is metered.
